- Registration information When you register for an account, we collect your first and last name, username, password, and email address.
- Chatbot data We store your chatbot data for you and provide tools for you to use with respect to this data.

Muchat does not sell personal data to third parties or use it for marketing purposes or for serving advertisements. If you are a Muchat chatbot creator we do not delete the data in your account. You are responsible for the time period for which you store the data. You can delete data in your Muchat account. If you are a respondent, you will need to ask the creator how long your responses will be stored in Muchat. We honor all deletions, and all chatbot data that has been deleted by the chatbot creator is permanently deleted from our back-ups within 90 days.7. Your data protection rights
As our Privacy Policy states, if you’ve submitted your personal data through a Muchat chatbot, the creator of that chatbot is responsible for this data. Muchat only processes this data on the creator’s behalf. Muchat creators can exercise their rights directly with us, but respondents should contact the person or organization that created the chatbot. If this isn’t possible, please contact us. In this case, the owner will not process their data for any purpose other than storing it. If you exercise this right, we will store your personal information and will not carry out any active processing unless your issue is resolved. Right to erasure Creators have the right, under certain circumstances, to obtain the erasure of their data from the owner. If you want to cancel your account, you can do that, along with all the chatbots and responses on it from your My Account page. data can not be recovered, once deleted. The right to data portability Creators have the right to receive their data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and, if technically feasible, to have it transmitted to another service without any hindrance. You can export chatbot data from your Muchat dashboard in CSV format. The right to object Creators have the right to bring a claim before their competent data protection authority.
